演讲人介绍:

许顺祥先生毕业于同济大学高分子工程系,后于华东理工大学获得高分子工程系硕士学位。2005年许先生加入杜邦公司担任市场代表,为杜邦工程塑料在汽车市场开展业务销售。2008年,许先生成为客户经理。2010年,许先生获任命为高性能聚合物部门销售经理,负责华东及华北区的销售管理。加入杜邦之前,许先生在汽车行业已拥有10年的工作经验。

演讲摘要

涡轮增压和先进的排放系统相结合的缸内直喷,是满足更好燃油经济性、低排放法规和客戶要求最实用的近期解决方案。在过去成熟技术的基础上,今天的系统因为需要配合對减轻重量的要求、降低综合成本及新的法规要求,而面临着许多新挑战。

杜邦高性能聚合物部门将在會議上介绍新的高性能材料,及系列重量减轻解决方案,像應用於涡轮增压发动机进气系统的增压热端和冷端管、谐振器、增压空气冷却器和废气排放系统等等,从而解答下列經常碰到的問題:

• 虽然有些塑料和弹性体材料可以承受较高温度,但什么材料能同時承受高温和耐強腐蚀性的复杂环境?

• 哪些零件能够进行塑料和弹性体材料的整合,以達到更好的功能要求和减重的目標?

• 有什么材料方案可帮助实现超高温耐油性能?

Speaker Introduction:

Mr. Xu Shunxiang graduated from Department of High Polymer Engineering of Tongji University and obtained Master's Degree of High Polymer Engineering in East China University of Science and Technology. He joined DuPont Company as Marketing Representative responsible for marketing of DuPont engineering plastics in automobile market in 2005. He became Customer Manager in 2008. He was appointed Sales Manager of High Performance Polymer Department responsible for marketing management in East and North China in 2010. Before joining DuPont Company, he had ten years of working experience in automobile industry.

Abstract of Speech:

Direct injection – combined with turbochargers and advanced emission systems-dominate near-term solutions to help meet regulations and consumer demand for better fuel economy and lower emissions without sacrificing power. While based on proven technologies, today's systems pose a new set of challenges, which are compounded by the need to reduce weight,cost and other effects.

DuPont Performance Polymers is going to present new ideas and new high-performance lightweight materials for use in airinduction components such as turbochargers, hot-side and cold-side ducts, resonators, charge air coolers and emission systems. Specifically, this session will address several recurring questions such as:

While some plastics and elastomers can withstand higher temperatures, what materials can withstand the combination of high temperature and corrosive chemical “cocktail” environments?

What are the obvious components that plastics and elastomers can help integrate for better packaging and reduced weight?

What are the material solutions that can help to achieve extra high temperature oil resistance performance?
