Engaged in electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) technical work for many years, he spearheaded to carry on the automobile EMC technology research work in the automotive industry and develop automobile EMC tests of our country, achieving a number of scientific research results and winning Class 2 and Class 3 ministerial level scientific and technological progress awards for several times. He participated in writing the book of “EMC Standard Implementation Guide” and “Automotive Engineering Handbook”.

演讲摘要Abstract of Speech

现代新技术的应用,汽车功能往往借助于电气设备、电子器件、可编程电子器件(E/E/PE)来实现,即以计算机技术为基础的电子装置,如机电一体化、光机电液一体化等方式来实现。而E/E/PE受电磁环境的影响直接关乎到汽车功能安全性问题。既电磁环境对由E/E/PE组成的汽车功能构成潜在的风险和危害。如何进行评估分析并预防是现代汽车面临的重大问题。

就电磁兼容性而言,解决汽车功能安全性问题的首要工作是建立电磁兼容性安全规划。即为达到系统的电磁兼容性而统筹考虑和研究项目的电磁兼容性部分的工程方法。还要采取必要的技术措施实现预期的汽车功能安全完整性等级。影响汽车功能安全的因素有多种,解决电磁兼容性是降低汽车功能安全性风险的一个重要方面,如果解决不好将是汽车安全的一个短板。

In the application of modern technology, the vehicle’s functions are often realized with the help of electrical equipment, electronic devices, and programmable electronic devices (E/E/PE), that is to say that they are achieved by means of electronic devices based on the computer technologies such as mechanical and electrical integration, optic-mechanic and hydro-electric integration etc., while E/E/PE influenced by the electromagnetic environmental impact will directly jeopardize the automobile functional safety. It means that the electromagnetic environment will cause potential risks and hazards to the automotive function which is consisting of E/E/PE. How to carry on evaluation, analysis and prevention is the major problem which the modern car is facing to.

In terms of electromagnetic compatibility, the primary work to solve the automobile functional safety problem is to establish electromagnetic compatibility security planning. It is an engineering method to achieve the system’s electromagnetic compatibility by overall consideration and research of the project’s electromagnetic compatibility part. In addition, it also has to take necessary measures to achieve the expected integrity level of the automobile functional safety.

There are a lot of factors influencing the automobile functional safety, and to solve electromagnetic compatibility is an important aspect to reduce the risks of the automobile functional safety. It will become a shortcoming if the automotive safety problem is not properly solved.
