演讲摘要:

目前,全球有80%左右的乘用车制造商都已着手横向前置驱动的汽车设计工作。由于市场,尤其是一些新兴市场对小型车的偏好直接导致这些汽车生产量的稳步增长,因此,在接下来的几年内,这个百分比甚至会进一步提高。

我们所论证的这一项研究,将对各种变型的行星变速器和双离合变速器进行比较。

面向未来对横置发动机车辆的需求,双离合器变速器和带变矩器的行星变速器都表现强劲。从安装空间和成本角度而言,行星变速器比双离合变速器有着更显著的优势。从能源消耗方面来说,它们相对于电动车有一些微不足道的优势,但是液力变矩器扭的矩倍增功能却能使汽车在启动和加速动力方面得到补偿。

Author Introduction:

Dr. Rolf Gall is Head of the Shanghai Engineering Center of the German Automotive supplier ZF. Before joining ZF, he hadworked for more than twenty years in R&D in four different industries on three different continents.

In November 2004, Dr. Gall, joined ZF and is charged with the responsibility to build-up the ZF Engineering Center in Shanghai.

Dr. Gall got his Master's degree and his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from The University of the German Armed Forces in Hamburg, Germany.

He published several technical papers on Tire Analysis and Modal Analysis

Abstract:

Currently, almost 80% of all passenger cars manufactured worldwide are built as a front-transverse driveline design. As production figures are increasing steadily, it is expected that this percentage will even rise over the next few years, since the market growth is the result of preference for compact vehicles, particularly in emerging markets.

Within the scope of a study, miscellaneous variants of planetary and dual clutch transmissions were compared.

Both dual clutch transmissions as well as planetary transmissions with torque converters have a strong presence among future requirements for use in vehicles powered by transverse engines. Planetary transmissions have distinct advantages compared to dual clutch transmissions in terms of installation space, and especially in view of costs. In terms of consumption, they only have minor drawbacks compared with electrically actuated dual clutch transmissions, although this is compensated by their starting and acceleration dynamics, due to the torque multiplication functionality of the torque converter.
