2004年获得北京理工大学车辆工程博士学位,同年加入上汽集团,曾参与并负责荣威750中混混合动力、荣威550插电式强混以及荣威E50纯电动三个量产乘用车项目的开发工作;自2011年加盟北汽福田汽车股份有限公司,先后负责了燃料电池汽车示范样车、欧辉中混客车、插电式深混客车等多个国家863项目和福田示范运营项目:纯电动迷迪出租车、2T/3T/8T纯电动环卫车,以及交叉型乘用车新能源量产项目的开发工作。现任职北汽福田新能源技术中心副主任、福田标准委员会新能源标准组组长和北京市新能源汽车产业协会理事;10多年新能源汽车领域的工作经验,对国内外各种新能源技术方案有深入分析和认识。

In 2004, he received his PhD in Vehicle Engineering of Beijing Institute of Technology. Then he joined SAIC and was responsible for the development of passenger car projects:Roewe 750 medium HEV, Roewe 550 P-HEV and Roewe E50 EV.In 2011, he joined BeiqiFoton Motor Co., Ltd., where he has been in charge of several national and Beijing demo projects, such as fuel cell vehicle, AUV medium hybrid bus, plug-in strong hybrid bus, electric taxi, and 2T/3T/8T electric city utility trucks. He is now managing the development of HEV/PHEV passenger car.He is the deputy director of Foton Alternative Energy Technology Center, head of Alternative Energy Standards Division of Foton Standards Committee, and member of Beijing Alternative Energy Automotive Industry Association. He has more than 10 years experience and has deep knowledge in the field of EV/HEV/PHEV.

演讲摘要Abstract of Speech

本次演讲的主要内容分三部分:第一部分,福田汽车集团情况介绍:首先介绍了集团基本信息、集团主要汽车及发动机产品型谱;其次介绍了集团在国内工厂布局和集团的经营情况;最后介绍了集团16年来集团的发展成果以及在与国际公司合作取得的重大成就。第二部分,福田新能源汽车关键技术研发与应用:首先介绍了新能源技术中心全面完善的研发能力,内容包括:研发团队、项目情况、研发流程体系、新能源汽车研发8项核心技术能力、整车质量控制体系及零部件供应商体系、销售及服务网络;其次介绍了新能源技术中心自主及其联合研发的主要零部件:整车控制器、中控盒、电机系统、电池系统、充电机、DC/DC;最后介绍了新能源技术中心研发的多款纯电动示范运营车(出租车、客车、环卫车)及其销售情况;第三部分,福田新能源汽车未来发展:主要介绍了全球研发战略布局、“5+3+1”战略、战略合作伙伴、新能源汽车主要产品展望。

The speech consists of three parts:Part 1,Introduction of BeiqiFoton Motor Co., Ltd:Firstly, the basic information and major automobile and engine product spectrum of BeiqiFoton Motor Co., Ltd are introduced; Secondly, the domestic factory layout and operating situation of Foton are introduced; Finally, the development results and Significant achievements achieved by Foton since 1996 are introduced.Part 2, The Research and Development of Key Technology of Foton Alternative Energy Automobile:Firstly, comprehensive research and development capability of Alternative Energy Technology Center is introduced, including R&D team, Project situation, research and application process system, 8 core technical capabilities of the development of alternative energy automobile, control system of the quality of vehicle, parts supplier system , sales and service network.Secondly, the major components developed by Alternative Energy Technology Center or by Alternative Energy Technology Center in cooperation with other cooperators are introduced, including VMS, motor system, battery system, on-board charger, DC/DC.Finally, the basic situation and sales situation of several kinds of electric vehicles, including taxis, buses, and city utility trucks, are introduced.Part 3, The Future Development of Foton Alternative Energy Automobile:The global research and application strategic layout, “5 +3 +1” strategy, strategic partners, and alternative energy automobile outlook are introduced.
